By creating an account or using Lunavigate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

Lunavigate is an AI-powered study scheduling tool that helps students organize their coursework by breaking assignments into manageable daily study blocks. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Lunavigate

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Abuse the AI features or API by sending excessive automated requests
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Payments & Subscriptions

Lunavigate is currently free for all users. We may introduce paid features in the future and will notify you in advance of any changes.

Intellectual Property

The Lunavigate name, logo, and application code are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of all study data and content you enter into the service.

Limitation of Liability

Lunavigate is a study planning tool and does not guarantee academic results. We are not liable for any missed deadlines, lost data, or academic consequences resulting from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app.
